Mr Willie Tay, born and bred in Singapore, was brought up in a culture that has true appreciation of food and beverages. Since his formative years, Willie’s surroundings moulded his interest in F&B, and as he developed and progressed throughout the years, he found his calling in the F&B industry.

Pursuing his passion, Willie currently has over 18 years of experience in F&B management, specializing in food court management. He founded Skinny Pig Pte Ltd in 2009, an F&B consultancy in Singapore which offered services to the booming industry in the Little Red Dot.

After building years of experience in this area of expertise, he took on the challenge of setting up various chains of food courts in China, Malaysia and of course, Singapore. His accomplishments in these projects ranged from the planning to execution and maintenance. Apart from food courts, he is also well-versed in setting up fine dining restaurants.

Throughout his years of experience, Willie has honed skills that have enabled him to provide services that range all the way from space planning with the architects of the development, to the right selection of F&B tenants to ensure that the food court offers a scrumptious spread – attracting a wide target market, branding and positioning, advertising and promotions, to the daily management and maintenance of operations. Aside from food courts, he also offers the same services for restaurants of all kinds and sizes.
